How fast can you launch?
A website takes 1–2 weeks, an AI assistant 1–6 weeks, the first version of an app 4–6 weeks, an automation 1–2 weeks. Exact dates are in your proposal.
Why are you faster than other agencies?

When can we start?
Usually within a week of accepting the proposal.
What can slow things down?
Waiting for content or access, and reviews by Apple, Google or Meta that do not depend on us. We tell you about them in advance.
Cost and payment
How much does it cost?
It depends on the scope. Within 48 hours you get a fixed price in writing.
How do I pay?
After a booking deposit, you pay for each milestone when you approve it. The payment method is agreed in the proposal.
Can the price change during the project?
Not for the agreed scope. New requests get their own estimate before we start them.
Is the first screen really free?
Yes. Tell us about your business and in 2 days you get the first screen of your product.
Ownership and data
Who owns the code?
You do. The code, domain, app store accounts and servers are registered to you.
Where is our data stored?
In your accounts, with hosting chosen for your needs. We follow the data protection laws that apply to you.
Can you sign an NDA?
Yes, before the first detailed call if you need it.
Technology
Can you work with the system I already use?
Usually yes: booking systems, CRMs, calendars, payments and spreadsheets. We check it on the first call.
Do you build in Arabic?
Yes, with correct right-to-left layout, and in any other language.
iPhone and Android: two apps?
One code base, two apps in the stores.
Will my website be found on Google and in AI search?
We set up structure, speed, descriptions and clear answers that search engines and AI assistants can read and quote.
AI assistants
Will the assistant make things up?
It answers only from your information. When it isn't sure, it hands the chat to your team.
Which channels does it work in?

Can we switch it off?
Any time, with one switch. Your team can also take over any chat.
After launch
What happens after launch?
For 30 days we fix anything we built, free of charge. After that, monthly support or on request.
Can you improve a product you did not build?
Often yes. We look at the code first and tell you honestly what makes sense.
